A starting price is the lowest number in the release. It usually belongs to a smaller plan, and it is the floor, not the average. Here is how to read it.

• Starting point: $399,990 is where the collection begins, not what every home costs.
• Home types: the community includes 1 bedroom and 3 bedroom stacked townhomes, so the range will stretch above the opening number.
• HST note: pricing reflects the applicable HST rebate already applied. Investor purchasers may need to pay HST on closing and apply for any rebate on their own.
• Plan by plan pricing: the builder has not released this yet.

Under $400,000 for a new build townhome puts you in a real Ontario town with highway and GO access, not a long drive from everything. Waterdown sits on the edge of Hamilton and Burlington, close to Highway 403 and Highway 407, with Aldershot GO about ten minutes away.

• Ground floor homes: the 1 bedroom plans are single level with direct outdoor and garage access.
• Upper level homes: the 3 bedroom plans come with two and a half baths, a terrace and garage access.
